Why Freshies
Why Brisbane Owners Book Alofa
Five reasons that hold up to questioning. None of them are slogans.
01One Man, Every Car
Freshies is Alofa and nobody else. Over five years on the tools, no juniors, no delegation. The person quoting your car is the person doing the work.
02Never Below Five Stars
More than 80 Brisbane customers have reviewed Freshies. Not an average that rounds up, an unbroken run of five star reviews.
03Gtechniq Accredited Installer
Alofa is a Gtechniq accredited installer, so the coating goes on to the standard the manufacturer sets. That matters for a car living in Brisbane sun and salt air, where the preparation underneath decides how long it lasts.
04Studio Results In Your Driveway
A full professional mobile setup comes to you. Rather drop the car off? The Mango Hill mini studio is there for that.
05Brisbane Local, Locally Owned
Alofa lives and works here. Not a franchise territory, not an operator driving in from out of area, and his name is on every job.

Meet The Owner
Freshies Is Alofa
No receptionist, no sales rep, no junior with a polisher. You deal with the person doing the work from the first message to the handover.
Alofaina Leaga
Owner And Detailer
Alofa is a Brisbane local with more than five years detailing cars, and he built Freshies on one rule: he does the work himself. Every quote, every wash, every correction pass and every handover.
That is why the standard does not move from one job to the next. There is no point where your car gets passed to someone with less experience.
He does not leave a car until it is right, and more than 80 customers have reviewed him without one of them giving less than five stars.

FAQs
Questions Before You Book
The things Brisbane owners ask before a first booking. Anything else, ask Alofa directly.
Either. Freshies is a mobile service across Brisbane, so Alofa brings the full professional setup to your home or work. If you would rather drop the car off, there is a mini studio in Mango Hill.
Room to work around the car, and access to power and water where possible. If either is a problem, mention it when you enquire and Alofa will tell you what he can work with, or suggest the Mango Hill studio.
Alofa does, every time. Freshies is a one man business with no juniors, so the person who quotes your car is the person who details it.
Every car is quoted on its own, because size, condition and what you want from it all change the work. Send through your vehicle and what you are after and Alofa will come back with a real number.
It depends on how the car is stored, driven and washed. Alofa is a Gtechniq accredited installer, so the coating goes on to the standard the manufacturer sets. Ask him when you enquire and he will give you a straight answer for your car.
Usually. A coating locks in whatever is underneath it, so coating over swirled paint seals the damage in. New cars sometimes only need a light refinement. Alofa looks at the paint with you and tells you what it actually needs.
No. A coating is chemical protection, not armour. It resists contamination, makes washing far easier and cuts down the light marring that washing causes, but it will not stop a trolley or a key.
That is what the PreSale VIP Detail is for. It covers everything in the Full Detail plus paint correction and the engine bay, so the car photographs properly and presents at its best.
Two buckets, a clean mitt and a soft dry, and stay away from automatic washes with brushes. Alofa runs through the aftercare with you when he hands the car back.
Freshies is mobile across Brisbane, and the mini studio is in Mango Hill for anyone nearby who would rather drop off. If you are not sure whether your suburb is covered, ask when you enquire.
